    CRC lanocote

Hello all. I have a full can of CRC lanocote spray I don't use for much else, would it be a good for using on reels and other fishing gear seeing that I ran out of tackle guard. I believe it also has fish oil it in?

Just spray on your ute chassis in those hard to reach places to prevent rust .

It leaves a sticky residue so I wouldn't want it on fishing reels. I use it on boat trailer components.

Probably a bit tacky for reels. Might work OK if you wipe the surplus off before it dries.

Wouldn’t use it on reels, leaves a semi-hard residue. We use it on sxs’s and 4wheelers to seal frame, engine etc when selling new onto dairy farms or saltwater environments. Have used it on firearms successfully to coat areas hidden by stock etc.
