Thread: Fishing tomorrow!

Very leisurely start today out with Dad and Son.
Was pretty slow for a start but then I got a nice fat snap on the strayline.

More burly and more waiting then the strayline took off again....definitely more weight on this one.


Tried to get a few photos on the boats measure that was too short and get it back in the water but then it kicked out of my hands and landed upside down on my thigh driving one of it's back spines 2 inches or so into it!
Tried to release it but it floated up...pulled up anchors and burly went and got it again and tried again to release but he was rooted so had to come home.
We had dropped a longline and got 3 more very good sized snaps and headed in.

Will probably get it mounted.

At A and E now waiting to get spike out of leg.
