    I prefer to have my shell fish plain not into chilli sauce, curry and all that type of stuff.

    Haha. The pic is an old mate currently in the Channel islands. I love crab meat, but the little bugs we get in this part of NZ would take a bucket load to get enough meat for a decent sammie

    Guess it wouldnt sell too well if they called it Gummy shark on the menu. In uk they used to call Bull Huss (same family I think) "Rock Salmon" at the takeaway. 99.9% of folk didnt have a clue they were eating shark .
