Lots of fish VC. Would have been a great day for you and your family. Happiness is the look on that kids face.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
Rule 5: Check your firing zone
Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

Yea would have liked to stay on the kings a bit longer but a couple hours on boat is enough for the kids at this stage.

I used to fish out the back of Waiheke Island with my grand father, father and two brothers in a ten foot dinghy pushed by a 5hp Seagull. They were great times.

Well could be arranged if you can sneak away from home although with the view from work this morning you would be glad you aren't there now,

No worries , But you will need to bring your own beer I quit drinking a few years ago , i have some good gear you are welcome to use if you want to to come out.
Either over the summer or to Stephens in the winter if you are really keen. Taking another guy out on 13th so might not be till after then as working till at least the 10th
my best King is only 20Kgs but we got my mate his first last year along the BB and was 26kg. Was a bloody cracker
and with a bit of luck the Albies will be back in the bay soon too

They are still there but the Buggers were not biting today. Tried trolling with poppers middle and deep lures.
    Tried jigging over the marks.
Tried two kawhia live baits not one touch on anything.
This fresh water in the bay may have put them off or just one of those days.
