Thread: Kahawai filets turned white overnight?

    I would wash the kahawai fillets and then taste a bit to find out how salty they are

    couple of the snapper i caught today had white flesh. Been catchin them like that for 6months at least. Mainly in winter we get more. Wife was like are they ok to eat, after she saw it on a news story.
    I said your mum won't know any different.
