Minirifle is fun too.We used to do that in the UK
Three Gun Matches are bloody great .... so too are Take Five Matches and you only need one gun for these.

So in NZ does everyone who shots 3 gun shoot for example rifle followed by shotgun then pistol all on the one range at the one time one gun after another on the one timer, OR
do you shoot one gun at one time, with each gun having it's own separate timed separate stage???
Using TT2 on my mobele
Trust the dog.........................................ALWAYS Trust the dog!!
All of the three gun matches I've competed in involve the use of a rifle, shotgun and pistol all within the same timed course of fire.
And yes they can take some time to make safe, score and reset the course of fire.

That sure does look like a cool event.

Pistol NZ needs to stop being terrified old men who can't handle change
The worst things about 3-gun are:
-raceguns
-those damn polo shirts
interesting, is South Africa we used to shoot separate matches for pistol, and then a 3-gun day.
partly due to there being more "pistol only" shooters (all semi rifles and shotguns are classed a "E" over there), and also to prevent the long delays.
typically saturday would be pistol stages, and sunday would be rifle and shotgun. i've never competed in an event where all 3 firearms are used on the same stage.
