As an eg. If I'd been involved on the other side of the fence to the same extent if Mal was my mate, there would have been hell to pay about a 'mod not setting the right example' - there's that team also that wants to bleat about anything a mod does.. It's as bad a politics...
There are those that get involved in an issue which has nothing to do with them at all, and there are those that could add heaps of legit fuel to the fire that say nothing and bite their tongue.
It's a lose lose not matter which side you're on.

The whole thing could have gotten a lot worse, and personally and my opinion only, there is some things that should be aired for the better of everyone.
I've discussed the original situation with Mal, and to be honest, the original post in my view was justified. He had exhausted all options of communication and got nothing in return, but could see he was logging in each day. It escalated from there.
I understand the issue still is to be resolved.

Regardless, there's no need to dwell on this and the details, and I think I speak for most, that it's done and dusted and we've moved on.

The beauty of it is that you can name only 1.. Which means that the rest haven't been missed
As I said prior 6200 admin posts... The members moderate themselves in 1 way or another.... And NO - nothing has come of any reports in this thread

We missed out on the silly season pre roar - maybe it's come late?

I wasn't talking about an opinion on the original thread and Im well versed on what yours is/will be just on the banning which is the driver here. I asked about the other banned users as you said they where all from one group of mates of which I'm sort of associated with but know nothing of them? maybe its just that 2 degrees of separation, and I wasnt expecting any action on complaints from posts here , just surprised someone found something in here to complain about. Maybe Gimps right and I need to get out more,the local kindergarten might give me some insight..

@Spanners I am just too damned honest I would rather admit that yes that was in fact me you were talking about it was a real bad part of my life that I now leave behind me but never forget and actually use that to remind myself when I do start feeling pissed off about things to just leave it be and not go all stupid about it. everyone on this forum are good buggers that I would happily share a camp and have a bloody good yarn with any day, and thanks for that vote of confidence really appreciate it

@hunter308 If you hadnt changed we may never had meet and we wouldnt of had a ball smashing the gong with 6 different rifles today. oh and thanks for shooting the hook on my gong i really enjoyed the long walk (not) to fix it LOL. its a pleasure to know you.

I wasn't the only one who did it you just did a better job of it and tried to make the hole for the hook on the gong bigger but yes you are right though if I was still acting like a prick we would never have met and I would have been kicked out of here long ago and hell yes on having a ball shooting that gong and I would never have got to fire a magnum based centerfire for the first time I would get back in the ring with that 264 win mag any day it was an absolute honey to shoot.

Just a request From R93. He asked me to say Thanks for all the support but he wasn't given any warning or explanation for being banned and is in no mind to change his lipstick, put a rinse through his hair and come back as someone else.

He would however like to apologise for his unhealthy attachment to blasers , over obsessing about the condition of the camp butter and general lack of personal hygiene.

bugger i was hoping he would come back so i could hit him up for some help on developing a load for the 6.5/06. wish him well i would share a camp fire with him as long as he was on the otherside. i would rather he winked at me then whisper in my ear

Something like that, I can't really remember as it was ages ago. I think it came up on the other forum, said he/she was going to punch my head in or something, then someone else brought it up here? Or vice versa.

No idea who that character was or why they hated me so much! Never even talked to them that I remember! Probably started in the dog forum haha
