Back off your neck size die a 1/4 turn, your obviously bumping the shoulder and causing neck eccentricity and by shear fluke you've loaded them all the same way in the mag.

I dont think it is a rifle fault, as you described moving the target over ....you are almost on the right track here, I think the targets need to be the other way around.
I would try posting on one of the US forums they may be able to give you better info. These ideas of bending with a bull bar are just a little too erratic for the accuracy you want to achieve.
Gibo has the right approach with a more technical bit of kit though.
Get your boyfriend to squeeze the right one just a little bit harder, you’ll be fine.
Everyone is overcomplicating this for you, It is clear to me that you are simply one step too far to the left. And your are potentially 1 inch too short to be shooting at this particular target.

try this, only a little high then.....
This is quite obviously a simple case of `tongue out of wrong side of mouth`

Simple fix , just bend the barrel to the right till you look down the barrel & can see a half moon

Use your other eye, it will change your point of aim and alter your parralax.
You obviously got the model for shooting targets moving right to left. Turn rifle up the other way if running left to right.
There are only three types of people in this world. Those that can count, and those that can't!
You may also want to take the rifle to a gunsmith to get the barrel cut 2" longer.

Yours might also have barrel strain from being shot at targets too far away.
That would account for the groupings off to the left. Barrels never stretch evenly once they do let go.
Get a borescope and look for stretchmarks inside the barrel.

Its just an extension of your golf slice. So id turn a bit to the right.
