Dude makes it look like anyone could go out and shoot things at 600m without even trying.
It's been a gorse in pockets sort of a day on the forum

You gotta love a creedmoor, like shooting on auto pilot.
Part two is up guys
I think the increased availability of products that are suitable for long range makes it seem easier to go out and shoot long range. I think it's just as difficult and requires almost as much skill and knowledge as it always did to actually make consistent first round hits on small targets in the field. Some things have improved, e.g. ballistic apps, and way more factory rifles and ammo that will work well.
What size where those targets? Looked to be torso sized target which must be about 30"x 20"? If that's within your acceptable accuracy all good. What worries me is someone going through the same exercise and then going into the field and having a crack at game at extended range believing they are capable.
My interest is in hitting significantly smaller targets from field positions, first shot... Think that requires a bit more skill and investment than the video depicts. That said I wont argue there have been improvements (and easier access) to tech that make life a lot easier.
