What's a good overall ballistic calculator app to use?
I use shooter as well. There are a number of others. Use the one your prefer as most of them are using the same calculators to give the answer.
Is shooter worth the $15 you pay for the app?
Yes.
The best part is the litz BC'c. Where Bryan litz has measured the real bc. These are often a lot different to the manufacturer bc.

After using lots of calculators buy once cry once and that is Bryan litz's applied ballistics.
It's not cheap but the back up is great compared to shooter which is why I ditched shooter.
It also has the custom drag curves as well which is a bonus.
He also updates his library with the latest high BC projectiles quite quickly.
It's a no brainer!

It's all fun and games till Darthvader comes along
I respect your beliefs but don't impose them on me.
Yes. The Hornady 4DOF (free) is good too.
I used ballistic ae for years. Quite complete and good library of pretty much all the ammo on the market.
Otherwise istrelock if you want to play with reticle drop compensation
Normally use strelok plus but been playing with hornady 4dof and ballistic arc. Strelok has been great so far and easy to use.
Cheers @L.T
