    I've seen a guy shoot three good targets outdoors, followed by a 'possible' and then backed that up with a 62/100. Some days you're the rooster, others the feather duster!

    One left field possibility, and something that could possibly throw a worse spanner in the works is pissing about with barrel harmonics. Either a custom slipping barrel weight or a little soft pad under the barrel in the foreend just to change the pressure point a little - I've never used it as a modifier as such but have used the technique on rifles that shot like a shower of poo and it worked to bring them down to acceptable hunting accuracy.
