I would love to come to Dannevirke and have a crack. I might be old, but at least I'm rough.

By all my thinking someone with an AR (or any semiauto) that is sighted in and can shoot minute of deer to 300m should clean up in one of these shoots... hasn't happened yet though, maybe that has something to do with the shooter?
everything to do with the shooter.............stopage drills is whats trips them up but a good operator could easily clean up for sure.

Good on you, Neckshot. Sorting your paid club members first. As a club sponsored and run shoot i am glad to see you give them priority.

Couple of things would be good to discuss with the Biathlon event though:
Whether to allow teams of two (Be good for junior and un-licensed shooters)
How do we deal with the chamber flags or do we even use them as they will end up falling out of rifles all day.
Scoring for the time portion. Does anyone know how they score the likes of 3 gun and action shoots with target hits and time?
How we deal with people having to wait for other shooters in front of them at a shoot location.

I would appreciate anyones views on these topics as i need some ideas on how we deal with them on the day.

    Cheers
