    You still have the opportunity to submit on this and other "features" of the proposed regulations.

    Great story, would make a great example in a submission of how teaching youngsters is a good thing.

    The other proposal is to allow 10 to 16 yo to shoot on ranges but limit the no of times to 3 before they apply for a license.
    As the proposals stand ad hoc sighting in is permitted anywhere and at any age but assess to ranges is controlled and age restricted honestly what we're they thinking when this was written

    I also spotted the shooting lefty thing..... now a single break open works well for a lefty....and will really teach the young fella to pick his shot and make it count.....you can down load a .308 using TB and cast till recoil just isnt there...and have a heap of cheap fun...loaded slightly hotter will take care of many critters with still stuff all recoil....and he wont out grow rifle later...... that begera in forsale section...just the ticket...

    He's right handed but left eye dominant, his grandad and uncle on his mums side are the same and they both shoot left handed but with RH rifles no drana.
