    Yep, an awesome "boy" thing to do. I remember my dad taking down the back of the farm and letting me loose on his Walther 22 and ancient (even then) BSA Enfield. 303. Always remember that day, even though it was over 45 years ago. You go dad! I take my daughter to our local range for a blast on my 22 - problem is, she can nearly outshoot me, and she's only 8 !
