I move to picatinny rails on all my rifles quite a few years ago now.
My tendency to swap scopes around and mess with things was being seriously hampered by having direct fixed rings.
Now I can talke scopes on and off as I please and they'll start zeroed. I even have multiple scopes I use on a single rifle and switch them around as I see fit.

It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
