Also try some standing shots 100 meters, I get 50 mm that's all you need if there`s no tree for a rest

The best that I can manage so far is a 30mm spread at 100 yards with my 308 off a bipod.

50mm group from a standing position at 100m? I'm impressed.

I missed a hind a while back so thought I needed some practice, 100 odd rounds threw the pee rifle standing snap shots at 50m resulted in an oval group around 5"x 8". fuck knows why I missed.

VC don't beat yourself up. The answer is simply that some times shit just happens.

    Or try this here.

    600 yards, 0.349" group, benchrest.

Consider this, one MOA at 600 yards is 6.282 inches. So Rodney’s 0.349″ group works out to 0.055 MOA. That’s what a mid-zero group at 600 yards looks like boys and girls….

Spin drift pulled that group over to the right.
