It's a left handed rifle. That will be the issue, can't believe no one picked that up

I'd be stunned if that level of inaccuracy was caused simply by copper fouling. Plenty of rifles will shoot half reasonably with even more copper fouling. Powder fouling is the more sinister and nasty on grouping.
As suggested- rule out loose stuff then the scope (no matter what the brand)
Try a different copper remover. I use Boretech Eliminator. The patches go blue when copper is present. KG12 is suppose to be the best, but I dont think it gives the colour change like Boretech
Like stug says. Boretech Eliminator is the best copper solvent I`ve tried. It is usually used with a nylon brush but in your case I`d saturate a bronze brush and scrub the buggery out of it. Repeat as neccessary.
Put up the biggest target u can find a3 or bigger and off a bench rest or sandbags Fire a slow 3 round group do a 1 or 2 shot box test round that then 5 more in the middle. That should tell if the scope or mounting is the problem and the last 5 if the thing is double grouping put up a photo of the target and go from there.
I had the exact same issue with the same rifle and cal. (synthetic/stainless). PM inbound
Hunting is not a hobby.....its an addiction
now you see how to get an idea of how clean your bore is. Look at the muzzle. I hear that all the time. Oh my patches are clean. Yet looking at your muzzle that's not true that the bore is clean.
It's not too bad. Not enough to be off the paper. But I wouldn't leave my bore that fouled.
But every bore fouls at different rates, study yours by looking at the muzzle like that.
Check out Nathan fosters books, there are many more tricks in them.
I would run some jb's bore paste to eliminate the copper fouling prognosis.
That copper looks pretty bad if thats after cleaning.
Best copper remover out of every thing is gunslick bore foam.
Leaves eliminator and kg 12 for dead as got all 3

So its gone from 2MOA or so to 10moa? that sounds very strange and drastic. If it was an enfield I'd say the draws/bedding had seriously failed. Are you adjusting the scope between each shot? if so try shooting 5 without adjusting the scope just let it group to see if it does.

i seem to have got all the crap out of the end of the barrel so i will see how that goes and go from there hopefully that was the case
+1 for Cu fouling. That shot of the muzzle indicates heavy fouling, and most likely a carbon build up too. Both will destroy accuracy. Given this is a new rifle and barrel did you go thru a break in procedure ? any barrel but especially factory rifle barrels can have rough spots from machining that need to be addressed in the break in routine. I would recommend a thorough clean with Boretech Eliminator until all signs of blue are removed & all traces of Cu at muzzle have gone before doing anything. (or K12) Then I'd go to JB's or autosol and polish the bore carefully - throat more so than muzzle. Buy & read Nathan Forster's book on rifle maintenance. Best $35 - 40 bucks you'll ever spend.
Yeap ,
I use to use JBs , but Autosol is easier to get , so use Autosol now , I use a undersized bronze brush , wrap a cloth patch around it cover with paste and give the bore a good scrub , then be sure to use say iso or similar and patches , and clean out every little bit of the paste , before shooting .
