Which gunsmith do you trust with your barrels?

    Hi Guys,

May need to get a little more free-bore put in to a 284 Winchester Kreiger barrel and wondered who you would trust to do this?

I would ask why how do you know you need more have you tried it. Freebore does not necessarily assist accuracy. A long for cal bullet may benefit from it in that more case capacity can be retained but more powder does not mean more accuracy. Also if you change bullet weight or style your Freebore percentages go out the window. Its easier to tune accuracy to nodes by changing powder loading and seating depth rather than making an irreversible alteration to the rifle.
