The others were all 20" barrels, so should expect to loose 25-50fps velocity per inch of barrel from the 24" test barrel.
Box say 2770 for 24"barrel. so for a 20" barrel 2570-2670 would be the expected velocity.
Then some are faster than others, worn throat etc, over my head.

That measurement was taken from the first 3-5 rounds the barrel had through it. Not sure if that makes a difference?

possibly will make it slower as the "rough spots'' as such havent worn down smooth yet.... you often see folks say barrels will speed up a bit as they get a few rounds down the tube...

It's still really new so will put more rounds through her and see how she goes
Doesn't seem to be compared to others average fps...
Seems slow for 24'bbl,with a 20' as the per the others you could be down to low 2500s.but being a new barrel you'll more than likely get another 50 or so out of it after another bunch or rounds through it.
Just ran through a few rounds of precision hunter 162gr 7mmRM with my Garmin c1 and got 2819fps out the muzzle with a SD of 1.7. Box states 2975fps. T3X Aspire factory length
