    I have seen bent rails in pretty much all directions. And when you see the finish and sturdiness of a Near manufacturing rail, compared to some Chinese stuff, a rail is not a rail.
    Most of the time it's the action that's not straight, they hand linish/polish these at the factory and they are never perfect. Either way, when fitting a rail you usually end up having to bed them on to compensate for the gap; just like its imperative to lap the rings, as these are always out...regardless of brand (disregarding otiloks and the burris version of the otiloks).
