Took the rifle to the range today, had some fresh loads loaded up. Shooting all over the place at 100m. Eg 2inch groups.... will check crown tomorrow and throw a bore scope up it as it only started playing up after I had taken it home and cleaned the heck out of it.
Would've thought a 2" group should still be dead deer at 300y

75/15/10 black powder matters
Defiance action, so rail built in. Have retorqed all the action screws, the scope rings and scope cross bolts. Nothing else to torque.
All I can think now is that the brand new barrel that had 100 rounds.throigh it now needs to be redeveloped after being "broken" in. Or my crown has a nick, or somthing else that I am unknown to yet.
Inspected crown, and chamber. All looks perfect. Will go out again on a nice day and check groupings Aswell as speed. Just incase somthings wrong with my powder.
Check that the bolt lever has clearance from the stock when closed and firing pin forward as if discharged.

Have you given it a dedicated copper clean yet...?
Swap another scope onto it. Make sure it's the rifle and not the scope playing up.

Didn't see if it was suppressed or not . A crook suppressor can do strange things , I would be looking at this and the scope
