Yeah i have been trying to improve my standard safety speal. Basically i think it takes to long and surely most of it is just common sense...?

Am looking at improving some of our shoot details in general as well. Might do up a bit of a check list to cover off some basics so they don't get forgotton.

Your old man would be an expert at saftey briefs. Was he there? Thought it may have been him spotting for you?

Yep, Malcolm was there. You're right, R93, he was spotting for me. Because competitors supervise and score for the person behind them you need a non shooter to accompany the first competitor. I went first so i could finish first and pick up the camera. Malcolm was also very helpful in making wind calls...

He has been very helpful with the safety briefings. I want to streamline the briefings a bit to only identify what i need to and present them in a logical order to attendees.

Matt R is human after all! I had my doubts...
10MRT shooters do it 60 times, in two directions and at two speeds.

Yep, certainly a Ruger No. 1. Caliber is 7mm Dakota.

Very nice looking rifle that no1.
I hunted with Martin a Canuck from the other forum. He had a synthetic 7mm mag no1 that was pretty accurate.
    Malcolm is looking well.

Looked like a awesome day. some very nice setups there. it would be good to shoot those long range targets but i fear i would still miss a barn door at those ranges
