SPUHR mounts are fantastic, worth every penny.

    Have you considered a riser?

I must be daft as I can't find it on the makers site, even though I can find replacement parts that look like they are made for it

    Thats some serious recoil Greg.

Spuhr mount is up to 500 rounds, no movement yet IIRC.

    T2 helps dampen it though

Have you given the Burris P.E.P.R a go? Worked for me when my vortex rings were too low!

    Just a heads up,
I came across the exactly same problem today when i try to fit my Vortex PST with 50mm lens, i had a Vortex Match ring (well know as seekins) medium and it of course didn't fit, SO, i went to my local shop and even the high size Warne ring didn't fit, THEN, one of the guys who serve me there offer me a Vortex cant lever style mount, BOOM!!! It fit like a dream and even have 7 or 8mm of clearance.

I hope it help in the search for the "right ring".

    Mac

    Photos to come…

    yeah ,

Phoenix Tactical UK , be aware they make 2 different lenght leg models , 1 ) For using from the top rail , like pictuered above , ie on a RPR or a AI AX type , and the other a bottom mounting unit like the Parker Hale type .

So if you are going to get one , make sure you order the right one .
