Went sighting in the 300wsm today

And didn't go as I had hoped, a bit of pissing around at 25m then out to 100m but the group at 100m wasn't touching like it was last time. Not happy with it but it'll do for now. Was hot today had mirage for the first time in my life makes it weird to shoot aye haha.

There is one shot under that but was a bit off, my fault I wasn't steady at all and just shot any way when I saw the cross hair wave over the target and yeah.

Will chuck a link to a video of the recoil when its done

I havent shot anything with them but my little brother shot a stag and a few goats wih them amd said it drops them good

Here's the vid of the shooting at 25m. Those caps are annoying they flick me in the head

Tobes, if you have lots of mirage, avoid using the max magnification on your scope, dial it down till you get a better sight picture.

Your scope is also looking a bit high, might just be the video angle ?

You're soaking up the recoil nicely

yeah quite good recoil management by the looks, mine jumps up pretty good when shooting of a bipod.
Not sure why you bother at 25m tho?

Will your caps not fold right over flat against the tube?

Can you twist it so it hangs out to the right. Less distraction when shooting two eyes open.
