    Yes it seems he could no longer fool the rinse washed masses of Tauranga that he is a politician worth is salt, hang on thats, nope none of them are.

    BOP is BOP. The "Bay" has always been and always will be Hawke's Bay (region). Hawke Bay is the Bay of which the Region Hakes Bay is derived.
