As part of membership here, you have to reveal your best Biltong recipe and I will test it and see if you can hang around

    Welcome Ryan

And just how would you judge it to be his best Biltong recipe unless he sends a 1kg sample to all and we get to give the thumbs up

Heh, I'm afraid that I leave the biltong making to the professionals My preferred purveyor of dried meat products, is Fred's who also do boerewors rolls on a Saturday morning. Perfect for taking the edge off the hangover!

I am from Johannesburg (specifically Midrand). Yourself? I think I read somewhere that you're from CTN?

I know of Drummond, haven't been there myself but have a lot of family that live in Natal - I've spent a lot of time there. A lot of my family have since emigrated to the U.S. Still have an aunt and uncle who have a farm in Ashburton and another uncle who lives in Eshowe and a cousin in Howick. KZN - It's my favourite province!
