    hi everyone john here .im a mad keen knife maker .i do a bit of hunting and diving and fishing. though i am not to mobile due to a spine prob which is leading to a interest in long range .i like BSA rifles and currently have six i need more . i do some reloading and working on building a 6.5 06

    About me:
    Sam, from Gore. Into long range shooting, but also enjoy sneeking in close. Main aim at the moment is to secure a big bull tahr, and then recover it... Haven't quite managed the 2nd bit yet... Really enjoy rabbit shooting, duck shooting (developing a new pond so can't wait til opening morning this coming May) and deer stalking, although recently I have really only been hunting them for meat, I will/must try for a big one in the next year or 2 (once I have my Tahr!).

    Do a bit of steel shooting and enjoy mucking around reloading and talking gun/hunting related stuff with like minded people.

    Steve from Nelson. Also like long range but still do a bit of bush stalking when I dont really feel like shooting something

    Hunted Sika up North and we drew the George River block four years ago. Would like to get up North for a Sambar at some stage.

    Nathan here . Live in Christchurch. Hunted the Kawekas a lot. Am over the long range bug and am only shooting a 7mm08 centrfire these days.

    Kia ora lads, Paora here. Live in Auckland so don't get to spend as much time in the hills as I would like! Stoked the new forum is all go. I have been duck hunting for the past 6 years and been trying my hand at deer for the past couple of years with little success but loving it the same!
