I've had one since just before the roar this year. Have taken it deer stalking and duck hunting and soon I'll take it fishing. Its great except if your like me and you don't find time to do editing. I'm still filling up a spare hard drive convincing myself it'll be a rainy day job. I've learnt a bit with mine in the short time I've had it and no doubt others have too so I might start a separate thread so others can chime in with advice for users.

I'm keen to get me self one of these for a xmas pressy. Want one with a chest mount for endure riding. I can follow me bro and my buddies and get footage of them flying over the handle bars. I have seen some footage from the earlier models that was a bit grainy when they where honing along. Whats the best model and settings for motorbikes etc, anyone know.

What kind of shooting are you hoping to capture? Downside of gopro is there are designed for up close, even on narrow view their range isn't very good.

Pretty sure the sessions are compatible with the same mounts

Just got a Sony action cam. The is my second one. The first one sank in the sea. Excellent pictures and videos, and different profile than a gopro if you want something narrow and long.

Make sure you stick it right at the front of your spear gun @ the bridge where the spear goes through, then you'll actually be able to see the fish etc.
I like mine, only gets used couple times a year though.
Be alright for home pornos as well lol

Dont waste your time chasing every last fps, it doesnt matter in the real world, it wont make a difference, all it will do is cause head aches and frustrations. And dont listen to silly old cunts
