Any recommendations for a ~$200 trial cam? Looking at putting it in a spot in the pureoas which has some fairly open spots.
Best you get your arse there

Good work Malhunting
I bought a camera over a year ago and apart from a week or so in a tree on the front lawn it's been sitting in my day pack ready to be deployed.
Cheers
Pete
I have been busting my nut cutting firewood the last couple of weeks, and also its just to damn hot lately to go for a decent hunt, I checked one of my trail cameras the other day with some good results, nice to see some animals around, I have spotted a few hinds with fawns as well which are very safe, especially in some of my strictly non hunting areas.
Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.
Six in one photo.
Experience. What you get just after you needed it.
