Hey quick question for You kiwibros, How many of ya watch that Wapiti DVD still these days? or how many times do you think you had watched it overall??

Southcoast productions have done a awesome job , its my all time fave!

i rekon ive watched it 30 times or so by now, an its spinning again today!

so much inspiration i get off it, what about you?

Never heard of it, Aussies makin stuff up again? Hillary will be an Aussie next, bit like Phar lap and Pav, you lot would claim Hadlee if you didn't hate him so much!

I've got an old vhf cassette by south coast productions called "The Last Great Adventure" based on the last of helicopter venison recovery when dollars were good.

Got no VCR anymore.

Good watch though.

its available online at Southcoast productions.co.nz no doubt- i only got it last year, its a few years Old...... legendary footage and pictures, oh i might watch it again seeing as you buggers havnt

art 1 is the Glory days an story of the Wap era, the 2nd DVD is the destruction of the herd an some also amazing footage and memoirs from that era. an alot of the effort that people went to to SAVE the wapiti per say

Jack Luttrell is my idol these days & Jack Mckenzie in his older age is a close 2nd
