Cool; there is some exciting stuff happening at the moment with all these new ideas/chamberings coming out, I reckon it great for the sport. We tend to take for granted the ''common'' chamberings, but most of these started as wildcats too.

I was thinking in a McMillan stock with a steel lug. But yeah not sure on the action strengh.

Took my first proper length barreled (30") 340 Terminator up the range today for it's first outing.
I wasn't dissapointed it did what I thought it would from initial testing
I got 3200+ fps from two powders with the 300 OTM, so at this stage it looks like it will happily run at around 3200fps
I will do some accuracy testing tomorrow to see how she goes.
She weighs 10.5 lbs, 4.8kgs as in the photos without the bi-pod
So around the same performance as a 338 Cheytac with a lot less weight
