I only shot 6 groups withy 2 powders, RL16 & RL26, 26 delivering over 3000

That load produced the best group, the others weren't too bad at all, way good enough for a light short hunting rifle

I might give it another go, its really a test rifle, with its twin sister 7PRC

Greg would you mind sharing your rl26 charge for this. I don't think I was getting anywhere near 3k with the same pills out of my saum. I would surely like to replicate.
I am getting the same accuracy at 100 yards with rl22 going 2928fps but only printing 1.8 inch groups at 300 yards which is a bit disappointing.

Quite impressive compared to short a barreled 6.5 prc. Which essentially is a long barreled creedmore...

For anyone contemplating having a barrel done in 7 PRCW, make sure the reamer used is .535 at the .200 line. Some of the earlier reamers were .533 and inevitably caused clickers after a couple of reloads. The only fix for that was hyper expensive dies like the Cortina.

Mainly ADG brass that accentuated that problem

I have 6.5, 7-6.5, 7, & 300 PRC reamers all with the bigger size

So I have 10 PRC reamers in total with another on the way.......

Can you ream out a tikka 708 ? The 1:9.5 twist probably ok for 162g pills.
And open up yhe bokt face I guess

Sorry I won't ream Tikka barrels except 223 out to 22 Terminator, 22-204

Using Redding bushing, once necked up

My 27" heavy (quad hunting) rifle is progressing well now I have tried Hammer HHT bullets.... in it trying some Apex this weekend...you know...better mouse trap & all that
