    Also, and not too sound cynical, but I think you are making a mistake by not taking our money before you order. Even if it goes Into a forum 'holding account'

    I've seen to many well meaning individuals get screwed in deals like this.

    I'm happy to pay now and I'm sure most others that expressed interest will be too.
