Thread: Aging Rabbit

Don't get a lot of rabbits here but I hang the hares on the line with the gutz in and take the back straps and backlegs of the next day in cool temperatures.

I always gut then hang my rabbits or hares for a couple of days if u can. I do remember my mother telling something about soaking in milk helps draw out the impurities in the meat. She always done it to liver.
