The guy I have been relief milking for gave me a couple of ducks when he got back from his shoot today after him and his sons shot their limits, catch is I have to pluck and gut the buggers. How do you guys do your ducks, do you just pluck the breast area and take the breast meat only or do fully pluck and roast them. Never dealt with game birds before and have always wanted to try duck as I have never eaten it before.
