OK all you black pudding fans. I just received 1 in my order from Blackball Salami Co. As a kid we always had it pan fried with apple slices bacon, eggs, b-beans etc. I think the fried apple slices were to make it more palatable to us kids but I never tried it another way.
My question is what's your favourite way of cooking and accompaniment for it ?
bought up on black puddings always the same boiled served with lashings of golden syrup bloody good tucker but dont ask where that recipe came from just how Mum and Dad did it
