    Chevon rolled roast.

Wifey rang me this morning to find out where I put it in the freezer.
This is simply what is left once you have taken the shoulder and hind quarter off, start at the back steak and just keep peeling it off down the ribs .

I liberally sprinkled some garlic salt and cracked pepper on the inside rolled up with back steak inside and a couple of tooth picks to hold it.
You could add a stuffing but i don't like them .

Walked in the door to this:thumbup:

The best thing about it is if you do 3 roasts out of a side it literally takes 5 minutes to break down a goat, as opposed to making chops etc
