    i just had crumbed hapuka fried in butter for dinner it was horrible you guys wouldn,t like it so i better eat the rest

    Yeah @veitnamcam. Had some like that as an entree but the two of us are travelling and we have to somehow eat half of that fish tonight (have a friend here in Queenstown that is getting the other half). We have given it a bloody good crack.

    Best breadcrumbs... Cheds crackers, Parmesan cheese, in the blender... Farkin yum.. For fish or snitzel....
