Thanks for that, knew there was more to curry than that small thing of powder on the windowsill
I like chilli but never been much of a curry man cos the few times i tried one i couldn't taste the meat.
This will be interesting then, goat ageing at the mo, wife will be sent to get ingredients wed and I will see how we go from there!

May I suggest that you Google "Goat Curry" to receive many recipes which will list individual spice ingredients as opposed to "tablespoons of curry powder"

Here is one for example which I would use..............

The "cut" of the meat is irrelevant as a good curry can cope with any cut. If it is tough, then I am sure you know to cook it longer on a lower heat.

No problems. Just be aware that his does not specify the amount of the spices, so it will be an add, stir, taste and consider scenario.

Should you have a difficulty with the availability or name of a spice, feel free to PM me.

I'm not usually one for measurements. If it were something for a restaurant i do but when i'm in my own home and just playing about with ingredients i just eyeball it, much to the misery of those who try and replicate it XD
