Taking you at your word about basic Scouser. For the liver, slice it into one inch wide slices, coat with a light dusting of flour and fry. Eat that with a little dijon mustard.
For the heart, slice it into one centimetre slices and fry with onions. Simple but effective.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Scouser if you were Gordon Ramsey you would have said "Oh for fuck sake Dougie shut it down and get out of my kitchen"

    Best one EVER !!!

When you are cleaning the animal find those particular items as early in the piece as you can and inspect them for spots , lumps ,cysts etc

then lift them high over your head and throw them as far away into the bloody bush as humanly possible for the worms to tuc into....

Problem gone .... and I reckon thats the best use you can make of them... he he he ..

Fallow heart thinly slice and fry in pure cows butter (not the shit the scientists make) or stuff it and bake it same as a chicken ( not quite as long in the oven though)

Deer heart & Liver recipe? easy one please!!!!!!

Sliced heart dusted in flour and white pepper. Flash fry in a pan with butter oil mix. Tastes even better cooked in the bush.
The range of what we think and do is limited by what we fail to notice. And because we fail to notice that we fail to notice, there is little we can do to change; until we notice how failing to notice shapes our thoughts and deeds

+1 to the thin sliced heart in butter . But I only slice 3/4 of it as top fat end of heart is tuff . Dogs treat !
