    Fresh albacore loin coated in lemon pepper about to be stung in a hot pan. Trimmings in a poke sauce.



    On the plate with hassel backs @dannyb. And don't worry fellas there is salad in a bowl to be added

    my good lady just brought me BREAKFAST
    cackleberries from back yard,bought bacon and that venison died about this time yesterday,eye fillets and a small piece of the funny pale log like muscle beside rump steak....it had wee layer of fat on it so kept it for myself.

    Own tomatoes. Recipe out of Dish magazine. Beautiful with venison steaks.

    Tomatoes, garlic bulb, black and green olives, feta cheese, raisins, caraway seed, chilli flakes, thyme, oil. Bake 45 mins.

    I call that the little log thing the "Salmon cut". I think that is its proper name.

    Hot smoked Kahawai, BBQ baked fish wrapped in banana leaves, one with ginger chili, mangos and soy/fish sauce and plenty of butter, the other with wild fennel, onions, lemons and plenty of you guessed it butter...

    Fallow backsteak shot by @Micky Duck a couple of weeks ago. A sprinkle of Moroccan seasoning and fried on hot as BBQ. Melt in your mouth deliciousness.
