    Easy trout recipe

I wouldn't normally post someone else's YouTube video, but have tried it a few times. Quick and easy. Good for those that aren't too keen on eating trout. Skip to 17:00 if you just want to see the cooking part.

    My version.

The recipe has all of those ingredients, apart from salt, but there's plenty of that in soy sauce.

I would have said that once, but the Rotoiti trout tasted like salmon. If you don't like salmon, then use it as bait.

the fresh water fish that's only good for bait is koi carp. Not sure if the snapper were starving but I was catching baby snapper all day using it as bait. Much preferable to catching nothing!
