I require sausage casings- sooner the better!

    Hi guys.
Does anyone know where I can purchase sausage casing in Hamilton tomorrow- looking for hog ones and about 10 meters?

I'm pretty pissed off as the casings I ordered from the casings boutique are all short lengths i.e. 1.3 meters and some have holes so pretty much useless and they still have a lot of the extra membrane on the outside.

Also 10 meters was actually 6!

Will see how they reply but have to say pretty inferior product compared to others I have had from other companies.

Anyway if you know somewhere to get casings it would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Fair play to Casings Boutique they have been in touch and more being sent out and also situation rectified satisfactorily.

Won't be here today but they made the effort.

We don't always get it right however the mark of a company is they want to resolve it.

    Cheers

So just managed to get casings from a local butcher on the plastic insert so ready to sausage up today.
Casings in one piece not lots of little pieces, so much easier.
