How tight is that collar Dundee? Have you ever backed it off a notch as he has grown?
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!

Its all good Rushy can fit hand under the collar,he is fluffy that is why it looks tight.

Key to a curry is to fry the spices in oil first, brown the meat off in the fried spices then bang the rest of the bits in and simmer/chuck it in the oven/whatever. Makes all them spices taste even better.

Actually have the recipe for a goat curry an older indain lass gave me lying around somewhere will see if I can drag it out. Easy as shit and tastes damn good too.

I've recently learned using whole spices like coriander pods and cumin seeds and crushing them in a mortar and pestle makes for more intense flavours

I've been using Chamois for curry due to the shortage of goat in the part of Canterbury I live. Bloody good too.

In fact we eat Chamois as a replacement to all lamb, mainly because I refuse to pay the lamb price. If the Chamois is a similar ages for a killed lamb, it's better anyway. Some older ones, not so good.

Will try Tahr in the curry next time.

If you flour the meat before cooking it improves things, add a bit of pepper too

If you are lazy you can just roast the meat then chop and cook in the curry sauce

I don't have allergies to anything else, except chilly. So even if I can't taste it, the results will let me know it was there. Maybe your wife is the same?
