    The reciepe actually calls for two dozen eggs

    I've never made pickled eggs before but pickled onions both hot & spicy & honey pickled I've done by the 20 kg sack full into 20 ltr buckets for years .. Right the chooks are in for a Hurry up in the morning that's for sure & with 1600 empty Agee jars on hand , I'm going to fill a few of them... Thanks for the YouTube sites Pete.

    Try a few Fogcutters or Alabama Slammers and if that don't work then a good strong good old stand by leg opener Gin & Tonic oughta do it.

    I use white wine vinegar ... and make a quick brine by heating the vinegar and adding 7g each of cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and a few peppercorns ... bring to the boil, cover the saucepan and leave to go cold, strain ...
