Yes, but not too tasty and that is the problem with parries, the overpowering taste which is gamey/livery. It just tasted slightly ducky which is a good thing in my book.

If the Chinese rice wine doesn't have a nice flavour for you. You could try milk and pay dry with paper towels before cooking.

For rabbit why dont you guys who hate it try salting it for an hour, rinsing then soaking it in milk for another hour it completly changes the taste and texture. Wife wouldnt touch it, did this and made nuggets with it now the cat only gets the scraps.
