Hey all.
Would any of you have a good sausage or rissole filler/ meal recipe?
Nice fatty porker hanging in the shed and wouldn’t mind making some patties or rissoles for the freezer but something better than just plain old pork.
Supermarket opens at one so bonus if I can gather all I need from there. Don’t have a Gilmore’s or anything like that close by.
Also would you mince the meat to a sausage meat level for making rissoles and patties? He’s got decent fat would you add any extra fat?
