    Saussie casings and supplies

    Hi does anyone know where I can source some Sausage casings and the sausage mix in Manawatu. Im have some muttons that I finally got around to killing hanging up in a fridge at home

    There is also nz casings do online and trade me they do small amounts

    I rate the Dunninghams ones but you have to buy the casings in bulk for them to be cheaper. Otherwise there are a couple of other smaller businesses that do postage. Just google sausage casing nz

    Im a big fan of the sheep casings from https://nz.thecasingboutique.com/col.../sheep-casings. I prefer the smaller casings, the 22-24mm ones seem perfect size for venison sausages.
