    cook it and eat the shit fried smoked battered crumbed baked raw fish its very versatile fish you can do pretty much anything with it I smoked some today I caught last night while waiting for my net to full with mullet

    My dad's missus swears by cooking fish in the microwave and he's starting to do it too so there must be something there

    I cook scallops in the nukeertron if I want a hassle free way for a quick lunch or something.. a tea spoon of crushed garlic and a good chunk of butter in a container with a lid check up on them and toss them every 30 secs till done they come out mint!!!!! however I try and keep away from the microwave as much as I can... you can nuke almost anything with the right cooking times etc its also about knowing your unit as they very in power a lot but you'll never get it as good as if you spend the time and cook it nicely though

    Fried in butter an a bit of salt... most underrated fish in the sea. Beautiful to eat and even better to catch.

    Soak in coconut milk for couple hours then in to a hot pan
    Spreading sweet chilli on the top side well cooking flip fillet to cook side with coco and sweet chilli
    Couple of coriander leaves for decoration
    Wash down with jack Daniels
