    SPIKER SHOLDER EASY COOK

    When I got spiker home,I cut sholder down to fit in the oven,Saber sore off hock n 3inchs off blade.While wife was taking church service I looked after meat for dinner.Nothing added but cooking oil in bottom of dish.3hrs later veni for dinner n cold neat for lunch next few days.

    Nice! I used to fry everything, but roasting, slow cooking and kettle hangi has been a revelation tbh.

    200c for 2.5 hrs which was probley a tag long,small roasts 600-700grams about 2 hrs.
